Closed the door to the mall without any warning. Had to go out the back door past the dumpsters then into Macy's to go out the front. Because I was parked at the other end of the mall. And the earings I want for 16.00 I have to buy online for 30.00 because they don't have them in the store. This is becoming the norm and a major issue with retailers.

The beautiful young lady at JCPenney jewelry at Arden Mall was very helpful . She took care of me as soon as she was available. Found exactly what I was looking for refunded my online purchase then made my in person purchase very efficiently . I look forward to getting bracelet to go with my necklace ( waiting for another online purchase to arrive) appreciate the service.

What a great place to shop. They have a little bit of everything. They even have a salon to get your hair done. They do an excellent job. The staff is always nice. So be kind to them. There is so little left of them due to the online shopping laziness we have come to enjoy. But come take a shop around. You won't be disappointed.

I saw something on Google last month post-it
Had a confirmed delivery time between 2-4 pm for my new mattress. Never called or showed up. Had no place to sleep, called the store where I bought the bed and was told it is the delivery company's fault, and that there is nothing they can do. I asked what there going to do for me due to there complete incompetence, and the fact they wasted my entire day, also being I bought the bed from JC Penny and not a delivery company. I was told there is nothing they will do, and could tell in there voice they didn't care. Pathetic company. DO NOT BUY any large appliances or furniture from them.
