I had been using the grocery pickup service at this store for many years. However after my most recent experience, I will no longer be shopping at this store. My order was supposed to be for 4pm-5pm. After the window passed, the app still said my items were not ready. Tried calling the store number and no one answers. At about 730pm the app still says my items were not ready. At this point I just drive to the store to see what's going on. When I get there the employee says she can see my items and doesn't know why they weren't marked as ready. The employee loaded up items in my trunk, but didn't ask for my name. I went home and saw that they were not the items I paid for, and had someone else's name on them! I drove back to the store and at this point the pickup section was closed. I went inside to talk to customer service, and they told me the only thing I could do was call the 1-800-WALMART number. I was also told I would not be able to leave the other person's items and I had to take their stuff with me! I called the number and they told me they could only issue me a refund, which I'm still waiting on. I had to re-buy my groceries the following day, which caused an overdraft in my checking account. I placed this order at a different store, which had much better service. Also, there was alcohol in the incorrect order that I received. No one ever carded me or asked for my birth date. I could've been 19 and got alcohol for free. I'm not shopping at this store again, but for the other customers please do better in this department.

Look at these filthy parking lots, trashed, oiled parking lots, trash everywhere, do they ever clean this place? Is it that hard to hire company to clean this place every 2 weeks? Why is this multi millionaire comp cheaping out on cleaning its facilities????

Just take your receipt back and exchange them they'll do it I've came across that problem sorry about your disappointment but take them back and exchange them
Lots of stealing going on as well when they have groceries on cart and use hand held scanners those are a waste and need checkers back
Ok k mart started the greeter think in the 70s and high theft can be stoped by customers just do things like can i help you find something or reverse that do you know where ? Is just making someone think your watching them crooks and home less don't want to be noticed

I think the preguntas es "why isn't there any Spanish speaking employees at THIS WALMART?" (WHY NOBODY able to speak Spanish). This particular store doesn't have Sushi.

Walmart on Antelope restocks their cards usually at midnight hours or when the store closes and that's once a week when they get their stocking I don't recall what day they get their cars in but it's usually after hours when they stock sorry I can't be much more of a help

I totally agree with you. My daughter is in her late 30's and is paralyzed on one side. We had to push her in one of those child carts so she can shop. We asked them for a motor cart and they said they only had one and someone was using it. They need to be more accessible for the handicap.

Daaaaaang you guys have a lot of problems with managers. Why do you have so many problems? I have never had to see a manager I go in buy stuff then leave. How do you get things so complicated in there?! LOLOL MAYBE the problem is NOT the manager, maybe its people like YOU. LOLOLOL

Actually they have a pretty decent nursery and garden center with a good selection and variety of plants that appear to be healthy overall.
I'm not sure but you can call or go online to look at their return policy.
Walmart is not a specialty store, but only a large general store, so question about a tiny subgroup of the pepper/chili variety is nuts. Try for ocean raised peacock tongue, next time.
They have cracked down on returns/exchanges without s receipt, so it may be more difficult, but they should have done it. I would try again. They will want your drivers license so they can track your returns...I think they only allow a certain number of returns without a receipt in a certain time period. You'll have to ask them for specifics on that.

Way too many homeless and scumbags who steal everyday in the area. If you ride a bike to the store you better lock it up, at least to a light pole or cart corral.

5 years ago, I took my Kia Rio to this location for an oil change. They stripped the plug, and REFUSED to accept responsibility for it. I had to pay for a tow to get my car to a REPAIR shop to FIX WHAT THEY BROKE. My husband of 18 years had died the year before, so I didn't have the energy or resources for a legal fight. Roseville Kia does all my oil changes now. Period.

Yes you can make spare keys there is a big key making kiosk when you walk in the main doors.
If you're facing the store look too the right of the store you should see it has the customer pick on towards the right entrance of the store, its very visible from any angle your coming in the parking lot.
