Garcia at the front desk didn't even stand like a soldier. The young lady behind the counter just sat there all lazy, looking at her nails. Ever time I go in for an issue, whatever department I need to see has always had an issue with being able to function, and I'm never admitted in. "This just came down to us this morning" and "Their system is down" are always the excuses. Don't go there for ID or legal issues, the RAPIDS office and Staff Judge Advocate Office are always closed, never answers their phones, sometimes you can't even leave a voicemail. I guess this is how things are run in the Army when they try to be a state agency like DMV or EDD. The "soldiers" don't even walk like professional troops, its lazy with their head down always on their phones. Everyone who works there should be fired and replaced with people who actually want to do their jobs.

My husband has called and visited this site multiple times over the course of his military career - not once have they provided the quality of service our military members need and deserve. There are never any appointments available for ID cards here. When my husband and I went in to get ID card issues fixed, we were told that their systems have recently been down and cannot fix the situation for us. We were also given inaccurate information about how to find help; we had talked to local military bases prior to visiting this site. The answer has always been, “we used to be able to do this, but as of this morning we can’t.” It sounds like no one truly works here. Do the job you’re paid to do.

My wife and I when to the California National Guard Headquarters in Sacramento , CA our visit was to get my wife her dependent ID . The staff were very helpful did their job very well . Thank you all soldiers and civilians staff .
