The lack of control and emotion in their police department is absolutely scary. To see a citizen threatened with a gun to their head is absolutely disgusting. I really hope Officer/Detective Stambaugh needs to get retrained or demoted to not carrying a weapon if she/he can not control their emotions. I hope noone has to be as traumatized ever again. RIP Mr. Ornelas and hope you recover

Officer Stambaugh lacks discipline with a firearm, and deescalation tactics. Illegally using force via putting a gun to a man’s head who did not warrant the use of force violates both California penal code and the departments use of force code. Officers like this are why there is distrust with these agencies. Furthermore the promotion to detective after a poorly handled traffic stop leads only worsens the situation.

I would not give any rating to the police because they don’t work many times you call and ask them to go to the call We have very noisy neighbors every week parties until two to three in the morning, my neighbors call the same no one comes the police doesn't work here.

Can you keep them in a chicken coop?
If putting a netting over their area is impractical, I would try hanging shiny things that can freely move in a breeze. Hawks are also pretty territorial and generally won't cross boundaries so perhaps placing a fake hawk or even a crow in that area might keep it out? Chickens are smarter and better fighters than we give them credit for and if they are still laying they aren't scared or worried.. maybe trust their perception.
