Burger King

I’m not a big fan of Burger King for starters. It’s probably my least favorite next to In&Out Burger [see reviews here]. I feel BK offers lower quality and more synthetic/pre-engineered food stuffs when compared to most other fast food places (Carls Jr, Wendy’s, Sonic contemporaries). My 5 Star Rating is based on my handful of personal experiences from ordering here specifically. I’m always Tesla Supercharging at Arden Mall at all hours (pretty randomized). In short I forget to eat and realize last minute that “I’ll be confined to my Uber-Hertz rental Tesla for the next 45 minutes and may as well also eat” during this down time. This BK always surprises me with the good friendly service, relatively good food quality and speed in finalization of service. Like I say I’m not a fan of BK, it’s not my first choice however this specific location has not failed me yet in any areas (Breakfast or Lunch).

It's Burger King. Were you expecting a fine dining experience? There are two cons that I've consistently notice about this place. First is the drive-thru placement. It's very short and runs between a shopping alley; not safe when cars are lining up and other cars are driving through. Second is that they will get your order wrong half of the time especially with onion rings. A waste of time to fix it when they should have done it correct in the first place. I can complain some more, but you get what you pay for with cheap fast food handled by high turnover people.

This place is terrible. Ordered a meal with coke. When at window they handed me soda with no ice or straw. When I aked thr 12 yo he said, "oh yeah we ran out of ice". Really $2.99 for a coke with no ice or straw??? Then when I got home the soda was flat. DON'T GO TO THIS BK!!!

This location is such a mess. I'm no longer coming here because I'm tired of them messing up my simple orders. I'll ask for no pickles or no cheese, and every burger has it. You order a dessert or drink? They forget to put a straw or fork in there. The drive-thru is sooo freakin slow too, it's ridiculous. Sometimes they take forever just to acknowledge you and take your order over the speaker. They also don't give you a receipt unless you ask.
