Solid 3.5 stars. Other reviews talk about lack or service or being ignored. We received attentive service. Other review talks about credit card fraud but we did not experience that either. Pizza was made quickly but it is not properly made as a Naples style brick oven pizza. See pics. Crust should be flexible and sausage should be clumps not slices. Fries were good. They were out of both pilsners. Not good.

Terrible, terrible service. Took at least 15 min to get seated, despite a nearly empty restaurant. "We don't have coffee" (?!) - then saw the same server bringing coffee to another table. Waited another 20-30 minutes trying to order, then we gave up and left.

Sorry in advance for the long winded story, but felt it must be told. This review is less about the quality of the food (3.5 stars) and service (3 stars), and more about a certain individual and his attitude toward customers. We asked to be seated on the patio even though it was a warm night, becuse we knew the patio was shaded and had fans and misters. We were seated, only the second couple on the large patio. The fans were blowing but the misters weren't on and it was quite warm. We asked the hostess if she could turn them on, which she graciously did. They did the job and made it quite pleasant. About 10 minutes later a person walked through the patio on his way to a back employee area, and turned the misters off on the way. When our server arrived a few minutes later we asked if he could turn the misters on again as the other couple had gone and it was warm once again. He too graciously obliged. About ten minutes later the person who had turned the misters off came out with his huff on, complaining the tables were going to get wet and he wouldn't be able to sit any other customers on the patio with the misters on. When I pointed out that the tables were not in fact wet, and that he had no other customers on the patio besides us, he shook his head in discust and started to walk away. I asked him his name and if he was the manager. He replied that his name was Troy and he "did a little bit of everything around here". Less than 10 minutes later the hostess came out and turned the misters off. My wife walked around checking the tables...dry. We sat for the next half hour in the warmth waiting for our dinner to be served. When the server came to take our check, we asked what position Troy held. "Oh, he's the owner". WT...? For an owner to ignore his customers and shrug them off, not own up to who he was, and have his employees do his dirty work, the way Troy did, is totally unbelievable. Ok, end of story. Except to say we won't be going back.

Don't use your credit card here !!! There staff goes on a shopping spree using your information.Came here to eat with my family on a Saturday. Everything went well, service was ok and food was good.I paid with my credit card ( which this card I haven't used in 2-3 months and this place was the only place it was used that day )after a couple of days I started getting notifications from my credit card company that my card was used.when I called my credit card company they told me whoever is using my card is purchasing clothes online.Good thing I was able to stop further transactions.It is obvious the person using my card has to be someone from this place either the waiter took a picture of my card or wrote down the card info to use later . I have tried to call the restaurant several times and so has my wife and we have not been able to speak to management . We even sent an email with still no response back . If this happened to me I could only imagine to how many other customers there credit information was stolen and used by staff from this place !!! Adding to response:I called was told management was to busy to send an email to Troy which is management. My wife also asking to speak to Troy directly when she called she spoke to a Tyler and was told same thing to just email Troy with an issues. An email was sent to Troy with a copy of my receipt .I forwarded the email that was sent to Troy to the email provided on this response.

Outdoor dining, or to-go / pickup. Six feet apart. Staff in masks. Menus wiped. Tables wiped. Etc.
