The apartments look great but are terribly built. The maintenance takes forever to actually fix anything. The management is unreachable and frankly, rude. Fire alarms go off multiple times a month. The walls are paper thin and my neighbor next door blasts music all day long. The tv in my bedroom forces the electrical panel to flip a breaker every time I try to use it and when I brought this up I was told it was “normal” and just to flip the breaker back on. My garbage disposal broke and it took literally 24 days for them to actually come and fix it which means we went without a dishwasher for almost a month. And when they finally came to “fix it,” it was installed incorrectly and when my dishwasher ran, water spewed out from the disposal almost flooding my kitchen. I am still waiting to have a running dishwasher. I put in an emergency maintenance request during office hours and got zero response. I have lived in many apartments but none have ever had management and maintenance staff that was this uncaring and incompetent. I cannot wait to move out of this hellish place. I wish I took the other reviews seriously.

Hmm not sure where my review went, I expressed the discomfort of maintenance men walking in on me in my apartment without knowledge. It happened for the third time this week - literally took me less than two minutes to get to the door and a maintenance man has his key in the door unlocking it ready to open it. They have been doing construction on the unit I’ve been living in for over a year - wearing their shoes inside my home that I don’t wear shoes In myself, I had to throw away my hallway carpet it was so dirty from construction and maintenance men walking all over it. Maybe get plastic covers for peoples shoes? There’s literally trash everywhere. This trash has been in front of my window for DAYS. There’s dog waste all over the grass, it’s honestly so disgusting. No integrity or care for the environment that we have to collectively share. Sloppy and disgusting. Sad, this could be a really beautiful place to live.

Moved in at the beginning of November. Loved loved loved the place. Still love my apartment. But I am beginning to develop borderline anger issues caused by the fire alarm testing EVERY DAY FOR OVER A MONTH. Any time of the day. 6AM, 7AM, 2PM, once at 9PM! Excuse me? Also... LORD HELP US IF we ever actually have a fire! Consider most of your residents dead because we gonna think it’s more testing! Update 1: Now I’ve been living here for almost 8 months and, still hate the fire alarms. I’m tired of it. Sick and tired of it. If the front of the building is going off, the backside doesn’t need to be impacted. If you love yourself and your family and pets, don’t move here. It looks nice but it’s just a facade. Living here is the absolute worst. Update 2: again, still hate it. The fire alarms have went off almost everyday for the past week. If I could pay to market how bad this complex is, I would. I have never left a review before and felt the need to save each one of you time and energy. Printworks Mill can take a one way ticket to hell.

Hello I moved in my apartment at the end of June and I have had nothing but amazing experiences. The application process was very detailed and yes it took patience but it paid off the people at the corporate office mainly Sarah really walked me through the process with compassion. She made sure she let me know each and every step that I would have to take in order to ensure that the paperwork was properly in order thank you Sarah. Chris and Victoria are very upbeat and welcoming people as well as honest I appreciate their sincere happiness as a celebrated my being accepted with me and my family on top of that I have had no maintenance request since I've been here everything was in order just as they said it would be and the kicker is they not only remember my name but they remember the names of my family members that were with me they're great people this is a great complex to live in it is a fairly new place and with every new beginning there takes a lot of patience I would recommend print works male apartments to anybody.

Water, sewer, and one storage unit are included in rent. Complimentary surface parking is available at no additional cost and garage parking is available for $50/month. Large windows and high ceilings in select apartments can make for heating and cooling costs that may exceed expectations in comparison to your standard, basic builder, new construction apartments, but we don't have average costs for specific apartments available just yet.
Printworks Mill offers two types of apartments: Affordable Apartments with income- and student-restrictions, as well as Market-Rate Apartments with no restrictions! You can find more information on our website at: https://printworksmill.com/apartments/
