This is an AWESOME place to stay, if you’re looking for a student (studio) apartment for your son or daughter. My son said he had a very good experience there. A very good home away from home.

This is a horrible apartment and staff. When I stayed at this apartment complex, they had lost my security deposit. They still have not returned my security deposit. My apartment was not set up. They didn't have a shower rod in the bathroom. There was no bed frame in the apartment. It took one week for the apartment complex to get the room set up. This was one week after getting into the apartment. They send inappropriate text messages to the residents. They will threaten to charge all the residents for overflowing trash in the dumpster. The staff did not wear masks during the state mandate. The kitchen, laundry, and public areas are very dirty. They force all of the residents to pay for access to mailboxes. You are not supposed to pay for access to a mailbox (Unless you have lost the keys.) Each resident has to go to the post office, and we have to get our mailbox key. I have been at many apartments, and they have never required me to pay for a mailbox key. One of the residents changed my mailbox by accident. The apartment complex staff did not assist with the issue. I had to discover the mix-up with the post office. The post office is very aware of the unprofessional behavior of the apartment complex. As you look through the reviews, all of the 5-star reviews are from the staff members. For example, Sydney Abbott is the property manager. She constantly lies to residents, and she is disrespectful. She will attempt to call you about issues. You need to keep all communication by email. If you call her, she will "forget". There are no emails to her higher-ups on the lease. Every lease has the email or phone number of the owners. This allows you to report unprofessional behavior. Do not stay at this apartment. The staff has gotten worst. They continue to be lazy, lie, and disrespect the residents. No student should have to stay in this complex.

Genuinely one of the worst apartment complexes in Greensboro. The apartments reek of a moldy, cigarette smell, literally like a cheap motel. The shared amenities such as the kitchen and laundry room are questionable. Not to mention the sketchy surrounding area. The walls are paper thin and people love being loud at night. Do not be fooled by the tour and pictures with the nice amenities like I was. I’ll be glad when my lease is up, I literally hate it here.

Hi! We are currently under new management with Pfalzgraf Communities and we will be unveiling our renovated resort style pool at the end of May 2019.
