Hand down the worst financial institution ever opened. Their employees don’t get paid enough to care, and management is quick to blatantly lie and throw subordinates under the bus. Also, good luck getting anyone on the phone - ever. 97% of the time the phone just rings and doesn’t even connect to a voicemail of any kind. When questioned about not being able to get anyone on the phone, it’s always the same excuse “we got a new phone system, and are experiencing issues.” They’ve apparently been having phone issues with their new system for close to 20 years.

Your bank is supposed to feel like family but with them it feels like a money hungry bill collector Very unprofessional always trying to charge you money for they system being late when you have the money in your account and just takes the money without your consent, MS.ROSE Is very unprofessional, always has a attitude and isn’t helpful at all when talking to her. I never meet a staff that doesn’t answer office calls and have to call at least 5 times. I do not recommend this institution to any one at all

Was looking online for a corporate number but I don't see any listed I'm not sure if this credit union has been taken over by someone else but it's definitely not the credit union it was before the people that works here now don't want to help you and full of attitudes I've been waiting on someone to help me since last week and still no reply at one time I felt this was one of the best places to back cause the workers before was willing to go over and beyond for their customers the workers there now are very rude they don't answer the phones unless you dial in private

Friend from Central America asked me to translate at bank branch since bank said that he was overdrawn. He had put a trusted friend as a cosigner, in order to make sure that the friend could be available to do his business for him when he was unable to do it himself. Friend returned to Central America, but friend still owed some money to the bank. Bank went and took all the funds in this account. I asked around, and I was told that the bank has every right to do this. It was only about $500., but, it sure taught my friend not to put someone else's name on his account.
You will have to go into a branch office to get the information.
