Unfair, Rude, Greedy, and very dishonest. Interesting that over ten plus years I've not seen or heard any people of color at this company. No,I'm not speaking about Hispanic or Latino I do mean Black people Representing Robert Half or Office Team. Secondly they try to low ball people by only wanting to pay them 10 to 15 dollars even with experience. They normally try to put more money in their own pockets meaning they might be getting 35or40 an hour but only willing to pay a Temp about 9 to 14 if that. The lie you learned to tell is that the EMPLOYER OR COMPANY PRICE IS SET! If you voice your opinion they tend to not employ you because they want people that act like Robots, just work don't speak your mind. But yet you send emails asking for references. I'll never refer anyone to Robert Half New Orleans. Next time I hear you giving me a bad references I'm going to sue you. You're not fair to your Temps, you definitely don't know what LOYALTY is. Greed normally has a results for catastrophes. New Orleans cost of living has went up however this company still want you to work for pennies.

It's not the company, because I worked for Robert Half/Office Team in several other cities. It's the staff at this New Orleans location. When you voice a concern or any form of communication about a job assignment, the people in the office are very rude and dismissive.

I want to mention I did get hired at my company. That is besides the point. I am disgusted at the communication problems this company has or lack their of. Temps are never aware of how many hours they need to complete before being considered for hire. I have seen women temp for 8-12 months and let go in a day. All to save a couple bucks. Shame on you. Of course its not your money or problem or life, why would you care about the little man/woman. I received a call from California R&half and told them about my experience. Nothing was changed. You immediate supervisor does not sign your time cards. You have to beg staff to do it, makes you feel like your doing something wrong because your not getting paid automatically like perm. employees. Why are no temps made aware of total hours to work until its too late, like the end of a contract, that no temp is made aware of. I have sat by and been mistreated and now that I am hired after 6 and half months I need to say something. This is wrong. Temps should be valued. Your staff and the companies work with have serious communication problems. I would not recommend New Orleans robert and half to anyone, maybe California.

Horrible staff and very poor communication. I applied for a job, which was probably a dummy ad, and received emails feom two "employees". Said employees blew smoke telling me how well suited i was for the position. I'd respond numerous times over phone and email never getting another response. I'd avoid this company and anyone they employ.
