This maybe why so many people are complaining about that poor healthcare they received from this clinic. They’re operating with no doctor! They’re passing off a physician assistant as the actual MD, but she’s clearly NOT. There’s nothing wrong with that except all clinics are supposed to have a doctor on staff and they’re lying to patients about who she really is. You won’t get the right treatment if you’re not getting prescribed the correct medications and diagnosis that can only come from actual MDs PERIOD! This is basically fraud!

I will never go back to this place. I had a sore throat and saw a provider who tested me for strep, said it was negative, gave me COUGH DROPS and told me it should pass in a week. I woke up the next morning with my throat almost closed. I had to go to another more competent urgent care clinic where they diagnosed me with SEVERE strep throat. Please dont go here, they obviously do not know what they are doing.

No. The only machines they have are a scale, portable blood pressure machine and a hand held thermometer that retrieves you temperature from your forehead. Plus the two medical assistants are that work there don't know how to draw blood properly. I was stuck with a needle 3 times without any blood being drawn. I was referred to Lab Corp. I literally have 2 big veins that I had to point out and they still missed the vein. Staff members are nice but a little unprofessional. However Dr. Magnus is awesome.
