Me & my daughter went today to get our nails done together, her nail tech is a guy and he did a good job on her nails. However, I’m unlucky. Whoever did my nails today, she is very sweet but she is way uneducated of doing nails. She need to practice more. I did not say anything or complain bcoz we have a movie to catch and I’m trying to avoid to say not nice things. I mean you have 1 job to do. But can’t do it right. So disappointing. I Paid $115 plus $20 tip for both me & my daughter’s nail. I don’t mind that it’s overpriced but I mean come on! You call this a finished job? My nails are all uneven, different shape, crooked & bumpy!!! What a sloppy job! Such a waste of my time & money. Never again!!!!

THE WORST experience of my life! RUDE staff! Super rough. The dude there is rude and very rough. He makes me bleed a lot every time. Enough is enough. In addition they do a kid's kind of nails...NOTHING like expected. Blob looking acrylics, terrible kid-like art, I wonder how clean this place is if they make everyone bleed each time(my friends used them too before). I will never return! Disgusting times infinity!

The older lady that did my nails cut me several times with the tools. She had a cold and was coughing and sniffing the whole time gross. She rushed through my nails and left them very thick and the next day there was bubbles in my nail polish. And she didn’t clean up my nails very well. Never going there again.

I did not have a good experience here. Only one nail tech in the entire salon who rushed through doing my nails while ushering in other clients. I was cut several times with the nail tools. The clipper for the nail bed was pulled from behind a counter and not out of a new package. The grinder to take off my old gel thinned my actual nail and was painful. Only two coats on the color and missed spots. Overall very bad experience and wish I wouldn't have gone. You can see all the redness around the base of my nails from the tiny cuts. Missed spot on the pinky nail.
