The sales lady went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal possible and I’m pretty sure she remembered me from the first time I was in there, which was quite a few years ago. Very personal and laid back atmosphere, I really like the staff I met and the actual store. The product…. I’m not so sure. My first experience there I got 2 pairs for whatever special they had. My second pair broke the first time I wore them. At the time I was unaware of the warranty they have. This time I paid almost 200$ for transitional lenses that just don’t transition. So yes they are great people, but I still really don’t feel satisfied at all.

I’ve never been to an Eyemart Express before. Yesterday was my first trip. I had a very thorough eye exam and then went to pick out my glasses. The lady who waited on me was SO helpful in choosing flattering frames that fit my face comfortably. I left the store waiting to get my glasses made. I couldn’t believe it! A half hour later I got a text message saying my 2 pairs of glasses were ready. I came back in and had my glasses fit/adjusted for me. The entire process was so simple, stress free and quick! I’m definitely going to be a life long customer of Eyemart Express! Thank you!

I am so grateful for Eyemart Express!! My child was hurt at preschool resulting in his lenses and frames being broken and unusable. His eye doctor’s office could not have replacements for 3-5 weeks, and surrounding clinics quoted between 2-4 for a new pair. Only about 20 mins after our visit we had a new pair of eyeglasses for him. I especially am thankful for the kind and welcoming employees who took the time to be joyful and gracious with my *very* energetic child. Thank you so much!!

Excellent place to get an affordable pair of glasses quickly! Employees were amazing and greeted us right when we walked in the door. My daughter broke her glasses and her normal eye doc's lab couldn't get her a new pair for 6 weeks. Eyemart had a new pair made for her in 20 minutes! The prescription was precise and we were extremely happy. Highly recommend!

Yes but it also depends on what insurance provider Apple Health assigned you (ie Amerigroup) It's a good idea to call them and double check
Yes! My dad was able to use older frames that were in great condition. You just don’t get a warranty on the frames.
I paid 30$ for one pair but then i upgraded with coatings to $59. Without coatings til Dec 7 you can get progressives for 30$
They do accept most insurances. Not a lot choices at the lower end on frames. Quality not so much. I hav ed been in for multiple adjustments.
Sometimes.. if the lens is your basic cheapo. My safety glasses and regular glasses took almost 2wks
Yes they do. Eye exams on one side of the building, eyeglasses on the other.

If you need an eye exam yes it's different I went in with a prescription it was very easy and in expensive.Insurance should cover your exam just call make an appointment and find out.They are very reasonable with their rates.The last eye clinic I went to took 2 weeks to get 1 pair of glasses.Eye Mart Express had 2 pair done and in my hand in less than 2 hours.

I believe they accept all insurance. You have to check with your insurance company and if they are out of network, Eyemart will give you the form to send in to your insurance company. They are really great people and place to go!
They actually have a section on their website so you can see if they take your insurance! Although they do not accept VSP as a primary, they do accept VSP as an outside insurance.
