Been at this pharmacy for many years and have watched the decline with a heavy heart. If they didn’t have Kendra, the pharmacy tech and John, the pharmacist, they would be devoid of kindness and customer service skills. There is a particular pharmacist here whose ego over rides your prescription and your doctor. He is surly, like many who now work here, in addition to being on a huge power trip. I encountered him years ago at the Rite Aid by Holy Family and in recent years, at this store. What a shame.

John is the best pharmacist. So kind, helpful, compassionate. Everyone at the Indian trail Rite Aid helpful. I drive out of my way just to go to this Rite Aid. Major Kudos.

All of the employees are great here. Service is good as well. It would a 5* review if I could purchase ice cream and it not be freezer burnt every time. When it's that time of the month in my household, time is of the essence. I need to get tampons and Ben and Jerry's. I don't have time to shuffle around to multiple stores to fill these needs. Please take the ice cream from the frozen foods delivery truck and put it right into the freezer.

On Sunday Afternoon 8/2/2020 I called to get a prescription filled at this pharmacy. (I normally go to the Wellesley pharmacy, but they were out of my medication) He was very rude to me. He immediately assumed I was trying to get it early. Not even asking me for my birthdate nor my name. Was going to get off the phone with me and not even help me fill it or get my info. I said “can you please look because I know my prescription is able to be filled and picked up” he finally took my info after me having to listen to the laws on not getting medications early. Still being rude and obviously judgmental towards me or leaving me very much feeling that way. My meds were able to be filled and picked up. I believe you should have a trust with your pharmacy. Just as you should with a doctor. I come to them every week for my meds. They hand you over medication with out always knowing why you are taking it. In my opinion, this is a completely unacceptable way for a pharmacist to treat a customer. You never automatically assume because of a med that someone is trying to get it early or accuse them of that, with out even there info. You should NEVER judge someone with out knowing there story. I will hopefully never have to use this pharmacy again. If I do, I hope I do not get the man that treated me this way. How embarrassing!! I hope no one else he helps gets treated this way.
