Everything you see in the other reviews is accurate. I would have been able to overlook a lot of these flaws if they didn't increase my rent by 60% overnight. It says a lot that every single one of my neighbors moved out at the same time I did. Not worth what they're asking for.

This is a problem property management does not care about the property it self. I have lived here for 5 months and my roommate has lived in the same location for 5 yrs. Yes rent is cheap but you get what you pay for. Have had an issue with them loosing keys to the apartment since December they have lost 4 keys and replaced the locks. Have requested for them to check a spot that looks like mold in the living room ceiling since January and they have yet to send someone out for that. the weather stripping on the doors is bad and you will loose more money on electric due to that situation. If you can afford a little more expensive property please do so.

Ms. Chelsea, (Assistant Manager), Ms. Jefferies (Manager), Ms. Lorie (Director) are a great team of Management. When there has ever been an issue in the apartment and it's been reported; Chelsea has always made sure that maintaince resolved the issue. Ms. Jefferies is new with the company but I've been in the office and saw the prompt response and appropriate action taken to resolve the need of the tenants. My family has been here about four months and the area is very quiet and peaceful (Thank God). I've read some of the other reviews and I disagree with the infestation of bugs of any sort. You may see a small spider here or there but that's any where you live. The rent is very affordable. So, I would recommend Legacy Crossing to any one that I knew looking to live comfortably and save money.
