I moved here from a complex that I had lived in for 30 years. It was quite an eye opener, not only the procedure but the prices. When I met Teri, I think she saw me as a person who needed someone who would walk me through things. Then I met Robert - he just gets things done. He needs a better title than “maintenance.” I truly hope that I can live here for the duration. These apartments feel more like condos - so lovely.

Best Place .... Best Staff .... Best Service ****************************************** NGS is a great place to call "a very safe home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The entire apartment facility is kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. Workout rooms are open 24//7 and are rarely crowded and the leasing office area is lovely. Special thanks to Teri Leasing Manager.... for her help and very professional, friendly support during my stay.. Thanks to Mr. maintenance (Robert) for helping things running smoothly I strongly recommend this community if you are searching for new home

Absolutely love it here! Moved in back in August and it has been such a pleasure ever since. Teri is such an amazing property manager, always so polite and helpful. The location is superb, we’re close to many stores and the highway so it’s convenient for us.

We love this community! It is so convenient to shopping, banks, and restaurants, the interstate is just down the road, and the area is very walkable. The complex is very small and laid back, it doesn’t have the party atmosphere that many of the large complexes have, which was super important to us. Our unit is well appointed and spacious, and the grounds are kept pristine. All the folks we’ve met who live here are so friendly and most have dogs, which has been a great point of connection for us to meet our neighbors. Teri (property manager) and Robert (service technician) are fantastic; so helpful and kind. From the very beginning of our search for a place to rent until now as we’re preparing to move, Teri has gone out of her way to make things smooth for us. She is the best!! We highly recommend this community and would definitely live here again if we ever move back to the Greensboro area.
