My girlfriend went to this location to get a test done for employment. She couldn't get herself to pee and walked outside the facility for a brief moment to see if walking would induce the feeling. The person at the front desk told her that she can no longer test because she left the premise. All she did was walk outside the building which can be proven on camera. The worker at this location by the name of Ernest laughed at me on the phone when I told him how unfair this was and that he can expect consequences. What a terrible employee.

This place is extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend this location whatsoever. I had an appointment for a drug screening and they woman seeing me “Shareen” was unprofessional and did not explicitly explain the rules or the policy of the screening. Firstly she mumbled the amount required for a valid specimen, then she told me that I can wait 30 minutes outside if I have to. I came back when I was ready to, and they canceled my appointment because it’s against the policy… I would have never left if it was against the policy but when I confronted them about not being truthful about the situation they told me the appointment was canceled and I was no longer welcome. Words cannot describe how disappointed I am in wasting my own time at this location and that this woman Shareen literally lied about what she told me to save herself embarrassment. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I liked it a lot, because they are very kind, one of those who attended me for the first time even put a translator for me because I do not speak English well, I really feel welcomed in this place, thank you for your attention.

Staff have always been kind and professional towards me. Never a problem when I go there, often empty and my name quickly called after checking in on kiosk. It's very helpful to make an appointment ahead of time. They really abide by that. Thank you Quest. I truly appreciate the great service.
