I see two types of comments on this site: 1) Comments saying there was terrible service or no service at all. 2) Comments that basically say “I don’t know what all those folks are talking about, this place is great.” I’m sure all those “good” ratings are from “real people” who gave “real” ratings, but they must have gone elsewhere. I just came from this location. Here’s what I ACTUALLY found: 1) A waiting area that’s not staffed by anyone. 2) TV playing ads for how wonderful and fast Quest’s “service” is, while people sit there receiving none at all. I put my confirmation code into the kiosk, received a “checked in” message, then waited…and waited. Later, I looked at the list of people waiting for service (there were a few, and non of them had seen a single human, either). I noticed that my name, which was there a few minutes before, wasn’t listed on the screen. When I reentered my confirmation code at the kiosk, it said I was late for my appointment so I would have to make a new one! Oh, did I mention that I wasn’t smart enough to take my own advice?? Yep, the same thing happened a few months ago, when I tried using the same Quest location and got the same result – just an empty waiting area and no way to contact an actual human. For those keeping score, that’s 2 trips to quest, and 0 lab services received. Perhaps it won’t surprise anyone to learn that I WON’T BE MAKING THAT MISTAKE A 3RD TIME!!! If your hobby is wasting your time, this is the place for you. If, on the other hand, your time is something you value at all, run (don’t walk, run) anywhere else.
