Staff is rude and disrespectful and they yelled at the patients and everyone was waiting for a long time. There is no organization at all here. People had appointments scheduled and the staff came out and asked us who came in first and started writing names on a paper. What’s the point of a scheduled appointment. Find another quest diagnostic cause the staff here is horrible. If I can give it 0 stars I would.

Horrible experience very rude and unprofessional staffs . I am never going back there again . I was late 15 late for drug test they told me I have to be on standby. No one I can speak to because door always shut and finally when spoke to someone . She was rude and tells me I will be on standby . When I asked more questions she just walked away .

Went to the Quest Diagnostic on Jamaica Ave in Queens..... Worse customer service ever!! I had an appointment to draw blood with my special need individual at 10:30 am. The attendant left us standing in the hot sun for hours... Stating that we didn't have an appointment. He made no effort to go through the list carefully to see that the individual's name was there. I told him that she needs her labs to get her medication. His response was that "everyone needs medication !" He was literally watching faces to call persons inside. Concerned consumer.

Yes you can walk in or call to make an appointment this way the wait is less.
From my own walk in, I can say the wait is not that long at all
