I took a drug test for pre employment on October 1st and it's already October 10th and my new employment hasn't received any results yet.

Wish I didn’t have to give them a 1 star because the staff was friendly and the location was clean. However would give them a zero if I could for their complete negligence. They had my doctors order in their system, however somehow they lost or never sent in my samples. I had a small window of when I could get my blood drawn for a very specific test. By the time the lab figured out what happened they claimed they had never done the order. Better off going to another location where they aren’t so negligent. Now it’s too late to do another blood draw and I missed the opportunity to do this very important sample.

I haven't gone to this specific location for a drug test, but at other locations, they make you lock your stuff in a little bin in the bathroom and you can't wash your hands IN the bathroom (you have to use the sink outside) and you're not allowed to flush, but they don't go in with you.
