I read the horrible customer service reviews but mistakenly got a script for quest instead of LAB CORPS and was stuck with this place. Service is atrocious. I came in an they keep shortening my name as if we were friends despite my correcting them. I was told “it’s the same thing”, beyond rude. Then I was told I could email my script and told the person who was taking my blood and she start speaking to me like I’m her child about “we are not having lab corp conversations at quest” I appreciate her repping her set but girl, you are at work and I am the customer. Travel far and wide if you can because this place needs to be avoided at all costs.

Pathetic and poor service. Computers went down and the waiting room is packed. Where is the contingency plan??????

This location is understaffed. Getting appointment and signing in are done online and using an iPad at the location. However a place like this still needs a human to run smoothly. However my phlebotomist was nice and helpful. Also getting a parking spot in this location is not easy.

Horrible service!! Went there 2 times to drop off my dads test and all of the employees were saying something different and making it difficult. Dont go there weast of time. The sample taken had to be in the cool area and one time they said mail it which will be in hot and the result wont be efficient and other one said u have to sign up and wait just to drop of the sample. Disgusting attitude, not helpful at all. Probably even the results are not right. Don't go there...
