The overall quality of the apartments are just downright awful. The management team has the worst communication with it's residents, there have been multiple problems with our unit since we moved in not even 6 months ago and nothing has been done about them. There's hardly anybody ever there to help and the experience living there has got to be by far the worst I've ever had.

I don’t know why this apartment complex only have 2 point something stars. I would rate this community an 5 !! I really love this area. The Lady Saira was so welcoming and friendly. I love her !!! She got right to the point and answered every question that I asked with no problem. I’m not judging everyone else reviews on here, I’m just going off of my experience!!! The neighborhood was clean, the apartments are to die for. The lakes are beautiful! I feel like once you get to know your neighbors , you wouldn’t have no problems staying here. Thanks again Saira you were the best !!

Zero stars if possible . My apartment was vandalized 12/24 and my living room window was busted out by a brick … complex has not even tried to contact me to update or fix me window . 5 months I’ve been without… 5612 apt 116 fix my window or PLEASE let me out of my lease . I’m tired of fearing for my possessions and my life .

Macias The Monitor

So My boyfriend was suppose to move in on the 30th of December 2021 into an apartment that was suppose to be moving in ready on 12-24-21. He still has yet to move into his apartment even though the leasing manager Sunny said it was ready. He’s already paid his deposits and everything but still isn’t in his apartment and it’s 01-03-22. I’ve done the viewing with him 3x and each time there was mold and unfinished caulking in the bathroom tub. His first viewing was horrendous, blinds were stapled together as if someone watch being a peeping Tom. It appeared that squatters had been there cause there were a few personal things laying around. Certain vents don’t blow out air/heat. Not even sure if the fireplace has been cleaned. There are other minor issues but manageable. There’s no direct number to the leasing office so when no one answers it goes to a clearinghouse line. It’s been nothing but a lack of communication and a bunch of false promises made to him and I’m over it. For the amount of money that he’s already paid and how much these apartments cost there’s absolutely no reason he should’ve even had to deal with all the B.S. he’s been dealing with.
