It is an outlet store, but there is a misconception with the outlets that they are damaged or as is furniture pieces. All of their pieces are brand new
It's a regular store that just has some models that you can no longer custom order.. you can choose the various components you want but not choose new fabric that would trigger a custom build. Prices were pretty similar to the main store.
