I just bought a pair of Timberlands from your store yesterday. I compared them to the same ones I've had for over ten years. The boots I bought from you are a fake. They are not even on the original box. I want my money back.

The timberland boots you bought from us, we can guarantee are not fake. We are an authorized timberland dealer along with our many other brands. You can find our name under Retailers at Timberlands website. The original box may have been damaged, so we could’ve replaced it with a different box but we would’ve told you. If you had a problem with the boots, it would’ve been best to come into the store and settle the problem there.
