Zero Star . Horrible Staff . Bunch of arrogant people working at this store . Went back thrice for the love on Zara clothes . But we have enough bad experience with the arrogant staff and decided not to go back to this store ever again ..

Terrible customer service at the Crossgates Mall Zara. The rude person at the counter refused to take back a jacket on which the fasteners ripped the first day of wear. The jacket was still within the return period, but I was told that if I look at the back of the receipt, they don’t take back items that are defective. Huh? That receipt reflected almost $900 that I had spent. The manager refused to help as well. Totally unacceptable... Today, I went into the Greenwich, CT store and the return was made cheerfully and helpfully. Don’t shop at the Crossgates location.

Sunday afternoon, one cash open upstairs only at the Albany Crossgate mall location. Waited over 15 min to cash out. Unacceptable .
