Despite my own failure to notice their sneaky misleading website, even though I read the fine print... I am writing this review solely on the experience I had. I asked how much to engrave my ring and they told me $34.99, and with tax it would be $41 something (I didn't hear the cents amount because honestly I was fine with the price though I thought it odd that tax on $34.00 same to $41 with a local sales tax of 8%). When I came back to pick up my ring a week later they told me it was $41.99 standard fee for the engraving and it came to $50 with tax. Not only is that not what I was told but again I'm confused by the tax. Staff was friendly and nice both times but only one of them gave me the right price so even that isn't worth counting on.

The lady that helped my friend Jen her name is Mia and the other lady, that helped me, I didn't get her name but both of them were very helpful, knowledgeable, and very kind. I would recommend the Zales in Colonie Center to all my family and friends.
