I've been coming to Parkside since 2007 when I moved to an apartment in Madison Ave. It's always been a very welcoming place with staff that always take the time I feel is necessary without ever feeling rushed. Unfortunately, they seem to have a relatively high turnover when it comes to veterinarians and they're certainly facing the same staffing issues that everyone else is since the start of the pandemic which is leading to appointments being scheduled pretty far in the future. I no longer live in the city of Albany but I still bring my 3 dogs here (despite multiple vets significantly closer to where I live).

Been bringing my cat to Parkside for about 2 years now. They are always friendly and knowledgeable. My aunt recommended Parkside to me as she has been bringing her pets there for several years. The only downside is that they apparently have lost a few vets and so new patient appointments are hard to get.
