This place is the worst place to receive treatment. Many good doctors but the back-office is horrible. I jumped through so many hoops in order to get a procedure done and had to take time off work. Come the day of the procedure - they cancelled the surgery. I didn’t find out about the cancellation until after my arrival and in the lobby where the scheduling nurse at Woodwinds (NOT midwest ent) alerted me about the cancellation. The fact that the Midwest ENT office procedures did not indicate to alert their patient (that they are billing for services) that the surgery was cancelled was BEYOND frustrating. Both my wife and I had to take time off work to accommodate this and there was not an indication of cancellation until I was in the lobby of the partnering facility. My advice: find a different provider for your allergy and ENT needs. This was and continues to be the worst experience. (And this issue happened almost a year ago and I’m still upset)

Dr. Jamie Flohr is outstanding! I have seen her twice now and I am so impressed. I wish other doctors would take the time she does to care for their patients. I have recommended her to my family members. Every person I encountered at the clinic treated me kindly and with professionalism. This is the only ENT I will ever go to.

The complete staff made me comfortable. They are compassionate, kind and caring. The doctor spent all the time I needed to have my questions answered. He spoke with understandable language and reassured me to know a recovery was near.
