I went to the Eagan location to have a ring resized (made bigger). It has a wide, ribbed, gold band. Their outstanding jeweler had it done in an hour and did an impeccable job! I couldn't even tell where the cut to expand it was made - it was perfectly ribbed just like the rest of the band. My salesperson, Winter, was so helpful and took special care to help me determine the correct ring size. I even ended up buying a pair of earrings. Excuse the pun but, the JE in Eagan is a hidden gem.

Sorry for the late response, but instead of trade-ins we do offer exchanges. All exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. All items except for custom and special orders may be exchanged within 30 days. All loose diamonds, diamond stud earrings and diamond solitaire pendants may be exchanged within 90 days of purchase. After the initial 90 day period, loose diamonds, diamond stud earrings and diamond solitaire pendants may be exchanged for 80% of the original price if returned undamaged.
