Returned 2 winter parkas that did not fit well. The cashier was very accomodating and more than willing to assist me in finding another jacket that might meet my needs. I ordered it and am exicting to receive it.

Standard LLBean quality experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. (Anne) Traffic was minimal and several racks of clearance items present. Always a clean and neat store experience.

I went in to return a lunchbox because the handle totally fell off after a few times of use- while my son was carrying it to cafeteria from his classroom, the handle came right off. I was annoyed that it broke apart only after a few times of normal use ( you are supposed to carry lunch in it, right?) but I was really annoyed when the girl at llbean said I couldn’t return it because they don’t cover wear and tear anymore! I would say they don’t make things as sturdy anymore, and it’s not my fault that their stuff falls apart so easily! Luckily, the manager came over and helped with the return, but I’m very disappointed that they don’t live up to their guarantee policy! No more llbean for me!!

If you're looking for an answer from LL Bean, call their customer service. Most businesses don't monitor Google. If your waders are LL Bean branded, they will most likely warranty them. Call, or just bring them back to an LL Bean store.

New Yera day is a sacred event for the Yera Tribe of the Chubu Nation. The corporate entity known as L.L. Bean (Liquid Lunar Beanery) does not observe this marginalized group's holidays and thus would keep their stores open in order to maximize their profit potentials. However, they do hold a training session in their activities center to show toddlers how to club seals to make ugly boots you buy once because your feet are cold but then choose to wear your old sneakers out in the snow anyway because you can't bear to be seen in those uggos at the local Starbucks by your child's friend's stay-at-home mom whose opinions greatly outweigh her life skills.
No, I do not.
