A very friendly staff. The doctor went out of his way to explain things and was very kind during the interview. The nursing staff were exceptionally good at their jobs and were a pleasure to spend time with. The receptionist was so very friendly and helpful, she put us at ease right at the beginning. She kept everyone waiting informed. I was very impressed with the staff including the doctor and it was obvious to me that great care was taken to build this team of professionals.

Awful! I arrived early and ended up waiting over an hour anyway. The "specialists" and " Doctor" barely did an exam. The audiologist didn't make me feel comfortable at all, was rude and snotty. She kept using sounds that was uncomfortable for my ear and I tried telling her multiple times but I was upset. They got all the paperwork from my primary doctor and specialist, like why put me through all of that when you have my records. Awful people and awful place. It's a shame people have to go through them to claim disability.

I have been trying for 3 days to call and reschedule my appointment for disability no answer I waited an hr and was number 2 for 45 mins so I said forget it and called my disability worker you need more ppl to answer phones other then that my experience has never been unpleasant I do think the drs need more patience with the children but other then that it was fast and no issues! With these places I always go in knowing the kinds of ppl they deal with so I don’t expect much I’m always pleasant to them even if they are rude !

Had an appointment today for my 15 year old. Had to bring her 8 year old sibling with us. We were told policy prevents them from allowing us to remain together. I asked for the policy and had the cops called on me. Cops were pretty cool and understood where I was coming from. They wouldn't provide this policy to them either so they sat with the little one so the other could keep her appointment. The Doctor told us that they could have made an exception. I would give negative stars if possible. *update* Owner response is, as expected, false. Police were called because I asked to see this 'policy' and said we would wait because the ONLY people that could provide it were in a meeting. There was no emergency. No one was threatened. If that was the case, I would've been detained and not HELPED by local law enforcement. They called the police either because we're poor or Black, perhaps both. They were reported via the agency that sent us. The agency even apologized for this atrocious behavior but not IMA group! Nope. They defended it. *see below* For a policy that is so far still not provided or available to view. The Doctor told us that they could've made an exception especially during these trying times. Instead, they chose to call the police on a Mom and her 2 children for simply asking for proof that they were being refused to be seen based on a policy that they couldn't provide. No voices were raised. No yelling or threats were exchanged. We simply offered to wait for 'proof' of this policy (a website, a print out, a poster in the waiting room- anything) It was a perfectly reasonable request when being denied to keep an appointment because the 8 year old didn't have child care on a half day of school. Nobody goes to this office by choice. They are mandated by workers comp, social security, etc... Therefore there is no means of pursuing this further or we would have other than reporting this horrendous behavior to the mandating agency. The local law enforcement was also contacted and thanked for handling this call with such class and care. So, the owner can respond however they like but, without an admittance of inexcusable behavior by their staff and an apology, I will continue sharing our story with anyone who will listen. There is no video or photographic proof as that policy was clearly posted on the waiting room wall AND the appointment paperwork and was acknowledged and respected by us. We also didn't show up with symptoms of Covid19 as that policy was clearly posted and available. I am still waiting to this day for a copy of the only 2 people (including children) are allowed at an appointment policy which the owner could've easily listed below and still hasn't. This should tell you all you need to know about their response... *update* They deleted their response AFTER I updated to address it. They basically tried to say that they called the police because they felt threatened by me and my 2 kids. As I stated above, had I yelled at them or anything untowards- I doubt the police would've helped us. They (IMA) couldn't even provide a copy of this policy to law enforcement when they requested it so I'm pretty sure had I been rowdy in the slightest- I would've been detained. They called the police because I said I'd wait for a copy of their policy to prove that we were refused the appointment and why. I wasn't loud or disrespectful in any way. I feel for anybody in a similar situation being turned away and having the cops called on them. Especially those that might have English as a second language. Nobody goes to IMA out of choice and sadly this receptionist will NEVER apologize for her deplorable behavior or receive any consequences for it...

Is parking easy, and how far of a travel is it from the parking lot to you're suite? I have an appointment this Saturday at 12 for my son and he is autistic and it gets a bit rough for him if we have to trave a far distance on foot.

If you're going to see a Dr. Then your door will be on the right off the elevator. If for a research project, then to the left. Both doors are within 10 feet of the elevator.
