This agency is okay that it they like to play God with peoples lives and decide who gets service and who doesn’t coordinators are Petty and it seems they only give time to the one aids they know and are friends with. You’ll never know who you get in your house whether it’s a good person or a bad one but I guess that’s anywhere. Definitely watch who you get in your house and make sure they actually do work. Really only bad thing is the petty people in the office who decide where everyone goes. They claim that they can’t find anyone when you ask worker they tell a different story about the favoritism that goes on there. My grandma was staffed by them they dropped her from agency because they said didn’t have any people to work there but when asked the aides they said they would love more time with her. A bit fishy I think so because grandma could not get help she had to go into nursing home where she was neglected and was abused I have no nice things to say about them

I don't know about the other Branches of Any-Time Home Care, but I know for certain that the Albany Branch makes saying Any-Time before home care false advertisement in and of itself. The scheduling staff let their aides cancel on the elderly people in need of assistance whenever they so choose, and without any consequences. These poor, helpless people usually, in my experience, don't even get so much as a phone call letting them know that they're not going to receive any assistance for the day. My mother, who I am primary caregiver and proxy for has only been with the agency for approximately 2 months (with a short break in between, during which time my mother was in the hospital for something unrelated to her care from the agency) and in just that short period of time, this poor, bed-bound woman has been cancelled on a minimum of 15 times. I guess the attitude is that they don't need to cover her because her son lives with her. Fact is, her son (me) lacks any of the certifications that would qualify him to replace an agency trained aide who has cancelled. And this unsuspected cancellation policy No-Time (Any-Time) Health Care has isn't isolated to my mother's case because I've spoken to 3 other of No-Time's consumers who say they frequently experience the same or similar treatment as No-Time consumers. With that said, false advertisement should be grounds for seeking damages from this agency. And if you are seeking to find agency based care for your loved one, No-Time Home Care should not be your first choice. Thank me later.

I was provided a list of service coordination provider agencies to call for my mom entering the NHTD waiver program. Of the 8 agencies I called available to my county, calling this particular one was by far the worst. The person just answered the phone with a hello and I thought at first I had dialed a wrong number. After I explained my situation I was rudely told they were full and not taking anyone and to call someone else on the list. Were they not full I still would not have went with their services due to the absolute rudeness I encountered. Very very unfriendly chilly phone skills. Every other agency that I called I talked to friendly, helpful people, even if they were not taking new clients at the time. All I can say is, if you are like me and have been handed a list of places to call for yourself or your loved one, and you see the name Tina as the contact person for this company, move right along and call the next place on the list and spare yourself the grief.
