I would not recommend this agency for either workers, or consumers. Too many unproductive higher ups/supervisors that don't do their jobs and/or take 5 vacations a year and not enough "boots on the ground". People there are very dismissive with a nonchalant attitude and aren't professional in the least bit. They have the resources, however for whatever reason refuse to allocate them. There are many alternative agencies out there.

Worked here and had a horrible experience. If you are looking for constant stress, this is the organization for you. For so many reasons I can’t even begin to list, please—do not waste your time. You will thank me later. If someone you know is served by this agency, I IMPLORE you to make sure they are given the quality of life you hope for. If long periods of time go by and you do not see progress in your loved ones, it’s because this agency is lying to you. I digress.

Management is a joke and scheduling is also. They do not care about you are the work you put in. They will sit there and talk about you behind your back, and talk about others to you. Very unprofessional. Tanya and Michelle avoid them! They are very disrespectful and talk to you any type of way.they need to be fired!The ceo really does need to retire hes very nice but very old and doesn't care what happens to his employees. Do not work for them. Thats why they are always hiring because they cant keep anyone. Head the warnings!
