I am constantly having trouble communicating with my service coordinator. I am not getting services. I have no support in the community..I had get my own ride ride to the doctors. I am getting very frustrated.i just sit home and do literally nothing till it's time to go back to work when my injuries heal up.

If I could rate no stars I would. I am a slave, My black life does not matter, I was abandon several times, possibly exposed to Coved 19, they could care less, I am suicidal working at this company. I feel my life means nothing. This company makes me feel dead. Run away Run away now do not work and or use services.

I've been a client for 6 months now. There are a FEW caring, attentive & reliable aides but you still get the others mixed in. Frequently, no one from the office will call to say they have no one to cover the shift so you won't have an aide - no show & no call. Often you must ask who you are speaking with (they don't say the name of the company you called so why would they tell you their name?). I will say that 98% of the time 24/7 someone DOES answer in scheduling, which is refreshing. DO NOT LET AN AIDE OFFER TO BUY SOMETHING FROM YOU - YOU WILL NEVER BE PAID!!

Unreliable aides,frequent no shows or if they show they are over a half hour late.Phone messages left with scheduling for management never returned,complaint phone number conviently disconnects you so you never get your problems are never addressed by those incharge..Above all the two good reviews here which I researched since they were the only two good reviews on this review are from former employees, their It guy and a web page designer.Any company that doesnt return customer calls over serious complaints about staff not showing up is irresponsible and doesnt belong in the home health aide business!
