Fantastic experience here recently! Went in on Sunday AM right when they opened with my 1yr old for an ear infection. Kathy at the check in desk was SO helpful in making the registration process easy and quick - knowing that I was holding a fussy baby. She even gave him a sticker and another one for my 3yr old at home. They took us RIGHT in and the nurse and the doctor were excellent and gentle with my son. It was a quick trip that resulted in us getting the antibiotics that we needed without losing time during our weekend away. Facility was clean and equipped.

Went to the other urgent care down the road and they had a 2 hour wait. "2 hour wait and there's nobody here?" I asked, and they gave some excuse. (Literally nobody besides me in the waiting room.) Knowing that SMHC wasn't far away I went there and they said 30 minutes, but I got in in about 20. Good knowledgable people and I would not hesitate to go back if needed.

It was my first visit to SMHC Walk-In Care in Saco. The waiting area was clean and comfortable as was the treatment room. Everyone was pleasant and very professional. I was seen and treated in a very timely manner. I am very happy and grateful to have such nice people working on 4th of July weekend. I wiil not hesitate to go there again if I need to.

From check in to the nursing staff to the doctor, I felt well taken care of. Everyone appeared to care deeply about my condition and I would happily go back for any future health conerns!
