Personable staff. Waited a bit even though I was a Sunday morning donation appointment when it’s generally quiet. Regardless always a much better experience than blood drives and worth the drive to Albany.

The aids are extremely friendly and courteous. I never have a bad experience whenever I donate. If you are a new dohner, I would highly suggest using this site as your first donation experience.

The Staff are great and the environment is very welcoming. I don't like needles but my visit was comfortable. First time enrolling and the process was fast if you meet everything that's ask. Looking forward to my next visit.

Making an appointment is always a good choice but walk ins are welcome.
