I work at Livingston correctional facility and just read a newspaper article quoting Mike Powers saying we, co's ,can transfer to the Groveland annex. Where's that option on the transfer requests?

It's not an option now and may never be. Talked to state engineers and contractors and both said it's a long way off. That article made us look like a bunch of whiners and liars.
