Our experience was great. No high pressure sales. Mel did a great job of pointing us in the right direction, checked that our items were in stock and then helped with the delivery set-up. Checkout was quick and we were on our way. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

Beware of Taft. Raymour & Flanigan bought them and they refuse to honor the repair or replace part of the contract you signed. They want $125 to come out and look at the furniture. You can see the 3/4 in screw that pulled out of the side rail of this day bed. The slats laying on the ground are broken also.

Nice furniture and sale staff was great. Make sure you ask for Ray, he was great. Update: Still waiting on a couch that I ordered back in October, called multiple times and they keep saying end of the month.

I was so excited to receive my sofa (purchased in November). When it finally arrived in February the cushion was worn in and all of the pillows were ripped, some with stuffing coming out of the seams, some with missing seams, some with the seams inside out. I contacted taft 8 times via email and called [I have no idea] how many times. I didn't receive any response until today (3/12/21) after I had to be pushy on my last call. My cushion is thankfully on order however- nothing can be done about the pillows. I sent photos as requested via email immediately. Finally, I just threw the pillows out because what am I supposed to do with them?? Taft decided to call me back today, 7 weeks after my original contact date stating they need the pillows in person to inspect them. But you asked me for photos and said that was all you needed 7 weeks ago??? I have no issues with the product coming in damaged, things happen and I totally get that. But the lack of customer service thus far has been less than spectacular. I just want someone to realize that I was expecting my brand new perfect couch and I received a less than stellar product. I also spent a couple hundred dollars on the additional insurance plan for the sofa... still nothing. :(

At Taft you can find reclining sofas, sectionals, loveseats, and chairs.
We have twin size, twin extra long, full size, queen size, and king size mattresses available.
Taft carries Tempur-Pedic, Stearns and Foster, Sealy, Beautyrest, King Koil, and Sleepwell mattresses. We also have mattress in a box and select outlet mattress options.
Everything or item usually has a ticket price attached unless the ticket says the unit price. I was told by one of floor sales people.
What they say in their ads is true! They don't follow you around, they let you shop! Their prices are very reasonable. The staff is great too! I have enjoyed shopping there!
Yes! We have motorized scooters and wheelchairs for customer use. Great question!
It is an outlet store, but there is a misconception with the outlets that they are damaged or as is furniture pieces. All of their pieces are brand new

Yes if you buy a new one and have it delivered they will...they will recycle it in new mattresses.

Taft furniture is stocked for all the furnishing needs. Very friendly atmosphere and great quality goods at a reasonable price.
You should call them. This is usually not seen by the store.
If you're lucky you'll get something. They are going so fast.
