The elevator is broke so couldn't my mom, in a wheelchair, to the second floor. We couldn't see the movie we wanted. Unfortunately getting her to the mall requires some planning so we had to walk (roll) through the mall untill she could be picked up. The manager was very nice and offered to let us see another movie for free but nothing interested my mom so he gave her some popcorn. I would recommend the information about the elevator to be on the website where you check the showtimes on. We could have possibly altered plans a little.

I went to a Batman movie several years ago here. I definitely wanted the Imax experience. I'm a little hard of hearing and LOVE the BOOM of a pirates cannon, but this Batman movie was SO LOUD THROUGHOUT, I vowed I would never watch another movie here again. Now I'd like to see Jurassic World on I Max, but I fear the same experience again.

My Husband and I most recently went to see Doctor Strange and The Multiverse of Madness and from the ticket taker to the concession stand worker, all of our interactions were pleasant. The theater was clean and not too crowded which We tend to prefer! See you soon for Buzz LightYear

This theater is seriously outdated. The chairs don’t recline. It’s like visiting your grandmas house and sitting on plastic furniture.We specifically wanted to see a movie in the IMAX theater and purchased the tickets accordingly online. We went to the website, chose IMAX from the drop down, selected the movie we wanted and purchased the tickets (including the “convenience” fee. Sadly, the theater was definitely not IMAX and the movie just a standard movie. How unfortunate.

A matinee ticket for the 3 kids are 10.45 a piece and for adults it's 10.95 a piece. The afternoon tickets only change for adults to 13.70. Hopefully this information is helpful. Take care!

Regal Cinemas does not explicitly allow or forbid children to attend movies without supervision, from what I can find. Your kid should not have any trouble going on his own, as long as it is not an R-rated or NC17 film.

Yes! I have a friend who is hard of hearing. Regal at Crossgates Mall has closed captioning glasses for every film, for an extra fee of (I think $2)

Most if not all movies I've seen offer Closed Captioning devices as well as Descriptive Video devices as well. If you go to Fandango you can see exactly which movies offer these services and which don't. However, the vast majority of movies provide these options to my understanding.
