POOR customer service!!! They refused to waive a late fee charged to my account although I was set up for auto-pay and never paid late prior to this situation! It appears my card was updated which caused the charges to decline and according to them, I should pay late fee because they sent an email that happened to go my junk mail about my account being past due. No mail. No voicemails. I was even told they will send the matter to collections… $10…after renting from them for several years and never having an issue with my account status. We are returning the instrument and using a different supplier for the instrument rental. Disgusted to say the least. Go ELSEWHERE!

Had a great school instrument rental experience. In fact, never had to go to the store, John Keal delivered straight to the school and made a swap out when necessary with ease. They even replaced a chin rest to a different style as recommended by private lesson teacher at no charge. Then, when it was time to return, just fill out the online form and they will pick it up from school. Great for kids trying out an instrument and helpful for busy parents!
