They were generally fine, but what really made the experience poor was when I told them how I cam to their store they told me that the original Verizon store was "just trying to get me out of their store"... which was a really poor way to phrase that they didn't want to help. Professionalism - 1/10 Generic Requests - 3/10 For my total of 2 of stars

Eloise was the sales rep who helped me with my Verizon order. To make a long story short, there were some major issues with my order that I completed over the phone through Verizon customer service. Eloise had much more knowledge of the way Verizon systems worked and was able to help correct the 5 day long battle I endured with Verizon customer service reps and managers over the phone. She stuck with me through a 2+ hr phone conversation consisting of multiple customer service reps and helped guide the conversations with class. She showed respect to her employer, Verizon, and had my best interest in mind at the same time. Thanks for everything Eloise!

Got multiple lines here from manger Thomas Wellington, who handle business account. He is very nice when we open business account. He got buy one get one device. He mention Verizon will charge 2 for both device and then they will reimburse money for one free device. It’s been 4-5 months I’m still get charge for both device and he stopped taking our calls. Before he stop responding he use to say he will take care of it tomorrow and his tomorrow didn’t come for 3 months. Now we couldn’t get hold of him and we are getting charge for multiple devices.

If you have a plan on your contract that says that you pay extra for a damaged phone then you're covered if the phone is brand new and it's within the year of the phone warranty you're covered if it's after the year warranty then I'm afraid that you're going to have to buy yourself a new phone if it's only the screen on top of the glass screen on top if that's the only thing that's broken then you have to give Verizon $25 they'll come to your house and they'll fix the screen to fix the glass screen if it's something more serious you can go to the Verizon store on Central Ave next to Smokey Bones and you can check out there or there's one and Mohawk Mall I mean Colonie Center excuse me over by over by the movies I hope this has helped you and have a pleasant day and be well bye
