This Walgreens pharmacy regularly shuts down without notice, does not fill prescriptions, loses information, takes over a week to fill a simple prescription, does not work with insurance to rectify issues, violates HIPPA, etc. Either this location needs to be shut down or someone needs to hire more staff and engage in targeted training exercises and rectify the discrepancies between the online systems and what the employees are working with in the shop. Don’t go here.

Friday June 24,2022 4:40 PM R street Walgreens in Merced, CA... heavy set YT female in photo department EXTREMELY RUDE for absolutely NO reason...SHE had a hard time understanding the name that my daughters prints were under, then SHE was bothered that I paid with a $100 bill and she had to get change!!! I believe she was a shift manager.... Will be contacting store manager, and district manager!! Unacceptable behavior.. DO BETTER Walgreens!!!! We will NOT be returning to this store!!!!
