Have not been to Macy's in years. Store was well stocked, clean but pretty short staffed at check-out. No big deal...and speaking of deals, you need to shop the backroom. Amazing savings potential!!

MAC makeup counter ladies were absolutely horrific, yelling at my 1 year old daughter for picking up an eyeshadow. I am in disbelief that these old ladies (in the age that they) are would dare raise their voice at not only a child but a potential customer, i have been coming here my entire life and have never been treated like that until today. If this was your child how would you react? These old ladies need to be fired.

Its been a while since Ive been shopping for any new clothes, So I figured why not go and buy something that hasn't been worn and washed 100 times. I seen a lot of different clothes and different household things I liked/ wanted, but I was a little shocked by some of the prices. Like I said it's been a while since I shopped for clothes, so I might be a little out of touch of the prices.. I know we pay more for better quality, but $100 for one pair of jeans or $80 for a shirt, Damn everything cost so much today. One thing I will say is There weren't really any sales going on that day and I didn't realize the mall closed earlier than they use to, so I wasn't able to look as much as I needed. So I ended up leaving without buying anything. I will definitely go back when there is a sale and at an earlier time. Obviously everyone likes Macy's.

Nice, classic, spacious department store that can meet many of your needs. I don't often shop at Macy's however because the stuff tends to be pricier than I like and there is much lacking when it comes to sales; the case is the same for this store. It seems a bit rundown though in many places - worn, dirty carpeting, walls, and displays; and its of course following the unattractive trend of retailers playing holiday/Christmas music WAY too early. The employees that work here though are friendly and their accessories section has nice selections. I can't for the life of me though get used to their hideous mens section with the repulsive green carpeting. Who the heck thought that was an attractive idea? Do yourselves a favor, Macy's and throw it out you're better off with brown.
