does everyone that does business at destination Kia have the problems I' m having? no one returns phone calls, told something and nothing happens, And when you purchase a car you still don't have a registration after 10 days???

I purchased a vehicle in January. They were to pay all fees that went along with my lease. I received a bill from Toyota and called Destination. I spoke to the sales guy and he said he would call me back. I gave him a couple of days and called them back. I again spoke to the sales guy. He said he told me during the sale they would pay they wouldn't pay the specific fee. He was not being truthful. He knew I was upset and said he would see what he could do. No call back. Yesterday I called to speak to the sale manager, I of course was told they were all busy and asked what the issue was by the receptionist. I told her and she said AGAIN someone would call me back. NOPE....very unprofessional!

I haven't purchased thru them yet. But i had 3 different repairs and everyone and everything was perfect. When i purchased my optima dmv sent my reg and title but dmv is getting slower and I didn't get them for 12-14 days. That is not the dealer more than likely it is dmv and snail mail.
