I purchased a vehicle in January. They were to pay all fees that went along with my lease. I received a bill from Toyota and called Destination. I spoke to the sales guy and he said he would call me back. I gave him a couple of days and called them back. I again spoke to the sales guy. He said he told me during the sale they would pay they wouldn't pay the specific fee. He was not being truthful. He knew I was upset and said he would see what he could do. No call back. Yesterday I called to speak to the sale manager, I of course was told they were all busy and asked what the issue was by the receptionist. I told her and she said AGAIN someone would call me back. NOPE....very unprofessional!

The little boy was sick so he wasn't in a couple of commercial's but I believe he is back. The one dog had passed from age.

Having a new car franchise helps, it also depends on the trades they get and how good prices are at the auctions and from wholesale deals. Appointments need to be made for all service. They are a big dealer. I always plan a couple weeks out of my service needs. Once that's done, usually in and out in an hour.
