Conveniently located and easy to get in and out. Staff is friendly and cordial. Ample parking spot. Just make sure to ask where to park if for more than a day. Never asked but I don't see public bathroom in the office however they do have a decent waiting room with benches and water bubbler.

Someone tried to steal my car tires from the parking lot, all the studs from the front wheels were totally loosing but they didn't take it maybe cause they use a special key. Beside that, there is no available parking at mornings, so you should be prepare to park in a non regular spot with the rest of the people and be the lucky one (as me) which could be towed and pay an extra 206USD, even when you are not blocking to anyone. You can see how we have to park (and be towed) at mornings in the pic attached.

Conveniently located, easy to find/get to. It's a decent size lot but was completely full on arrival at 8:45 am on a summer weekday. Many people are parked on the grass around the edges and there was room to tuck in so I'm following suit since I'm only here for part of the day while car pooling to a work meeting in NH.

Usually enough room to park until the late morning, especially during winter when snow can take up those last few precious spots. In that case, or if you're leaving your car for several days you're probably better off leaving it in the Nashua lot (exit 8). Great staffing by Boston Express- always nice and helpful. Make sure to read their instructions about tickets and hours if you're traveling very early/late or on weekends- you need a printed ticket, and get there ahead of time if you need a ticket. And if your ever have trouble with your car check across the street at Duff's Garage- they saved me after locking my keys in the car.
