Paul is professional, polite & smart. He resolved an ongoing issue with new wireless thermostats that we self-installed. I’m addition, he checked all three thermostats to insure they were set up and connected correctly as well as making surest the systems were operating as expected. Always impressed with A Fagundes.

Connor was very kind & patient with my elderly Mom. He was professional & wanted us to be happy. Unfortunately, he forgot to take into account that the bathroom door wouldn’t close with a new larger toilet. However, I rectified this& contacted Jason at the office. He was empathetic & gave us a break on the invoice. We greatly appreciate what’s been done & the fact they cared to make things right. I would recommend them.

They were excellent. I called them on a Thursday after other plumbers couldn't get the parts I needed. They tentatively scheduled me for Monday, but said they might be able to squeeze me in the next day, Friday. Sure enough, I got a call Friday and they showed up in the afternoon. The job took about an hour or so, and we got hot water back. To cap it all off, after they had left, I had an additional question about my faucet, so I went out to their truck to ask them, and both guys came right back in, looked at the faucet, and answered my question. They were polite and professional. The price was reasonable. I would recommend A. Fagundes to anyone who asks me. The next time I need a plumber, they'll be first on the list.
