If you have a car, and is insured, your personal car insurance should cover it, if the rental car insurance will not.
Me...depends on the size of the scratch. Maybe you keep your mouth shut and see if it passes return inspection. If it's something very obvious I would think you would be ok. That's a scratch.....not a dent right.
Have you taken the insurance from budget? If yes, then you should be good. If no, check with your insurance provider on how they want to handle it.
It’s hit the curb so it’s a pretty long scratches but it’s mainly superficial not a heavy dent er tear in the body of the car. plus the car is red and the scratches are visible. I guess if I could describe it it’s like someone keyed the car several times in one area. And I have a drivers license but no car or insurance I just paid for the basic 9 dollar a day service
Dont worry about scratches that are not really big. I think the insurance you have opted for which you say is $9/day sounds like Loss Damage Waiver (LDW). Loss Damage Waiver covers damage and loss of vehicle most often. You should be fine as long as you are covered by that.
Suggest you call budget and ask them, they're going to have the best answer.
It's best to call or go online and check what their terms are
