I found a very small infant bird in my back yard. Not really sure what to do. Looks like there was 5 in the nest that all fell out and 4 died at different times possibly over the last few days. But this one is still alive. Can i bring it in?

Yes. Put it in a small box on soft padding,,close the lid. We are open 10-6 every! day.

I have taken at least 3 babies I've found, like this, in before. They take most types of birds but you can call and leave a message to make sure and also get some help with how to care for it til they can, hopefully take it in, or you end up caring for it..
