If I could give it 0 stars I would. They changed my primary care without notice multiple times, they don’t put my referrals in on time, the nurses I’ve spoken with have nasty attitudes for no reason, they never answer their phones, they never return voicemails, and getting ahold of them is harder than pulling teeth. I would rather wait until I’m on my death bed to seek medical help rather than go to them for anything. I hate this place, I’ve NEVER received care as poor as this. Communication is so bad! Best of luck to anyone who goes there.

After sitting in the lab for over an hour waiting my turn, I decided to time the patients being served. One veteran every 9 minutes getting blood draws. That’s horrible!!! People were waiting almost 2 hours for a simple blood test. Come on VA - you can do much better.

Hopefully this review is seen by the person or people running California's VA offices. Today our office had the pleasure of speaking with Virginia, a knowledgeable and helpful woman who not only was able to provide us with clear answers, but was polite and not in a hurry to get rid of our call. Having worked with the VA for several years, we have had many different experiences with the phone operators, some of which were entirely unpleasant. Our goal as a provider of care is to help our patients achieve relief from pain and suffering, but that can only be done when we have a good working connection with the governing body of the entity referring their patients to us. Virginia is the first of many representatives that had a clear understanding of the billing process, and made sure to make all future options clear as we move forward. We wish there were more Virginia's in the VA, as she is clearly one of their best employees. We want to make sure that she knows what an asset she is and how much we appreciated working with her. THANK YOU VIRIGINIA, you have been beyond helpful to our staff!!!
